General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by Thibaut Goidin , a natural person, with consumers and non-professional buyers, via the Zoom 3D website accessible at https://zoom-3d.com .

They may be supplemented by specific conditions, stated on the website, before any transaction with the customer.

Article 2 – Scope of application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products made via the Zoom 3D website.

The customer declares that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions by ticking the box provided for this purpose before validating the order.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered for sale are 3D creations, physical or digital, presented on the Zoom 3D website.

Each product is accompanied by a description that is as accurate as possible. Photographs and visuals are not contractual and do not constitute a guarantee by the seller.

Products are offered subject to available stock or production capacity.

Article 4 – Price

Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.

The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price applied will be the one in effect at the time the order is validated.

Article 5 – Order

The customer places an order on the Zoom 3D website according to the current process.

All orders imply acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.

The sale will only be considered final after confirmation of the order by the seller and full payment of the price.

The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

The accepted payment methods are those offered on the website at the time of ordering (bank card, secure online payment, etc.).

Transactions are secured via a payment system that complies with current standards.

Article 7 – Delivery

The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Delivery times are given as an indication only and may vary depending on the nature of the product and the delivery method chosen.

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to circumstances beyond its control.

In the event of a damaged or lost package, the customer must contact the seller as soon as possible.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons.

However, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • customized or made to measure,
  • Digital resources provided after download or immediate access.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision by email to contact@zoom-3d.com .

Article 9 – Returns and Refunds

Returned products must be in their original condition, complete and undamaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to the seller.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned product.

Article 10 – Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.

The seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

Article 11 – Personal Data

The personal data collected is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.

Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
