Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to all orders placed on the Zoom 3D website ( https://zoom-3d.com ), operated by Thibaut Goidin , a natural person.
Its aim is to inform customers of the conditions and procedures for reimbursement, in accordance with current French legislation.
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.
However, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- customized products or products made to order at the customer's request.
- digital products provided after download or immediate access
- products that cannot be returned for hygiene or protection reasons.
2. Refund conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must:
- to be in its original state,
- not to have been used, damaged or altered
- be returned in its original packaging, when possible.
Any product that does not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
3. Refund Procedure
Before returning any item, the customer must contact the seller by email at the following address:

The customer will need to indicate:
- his order number,
- the product in question,
- The reason for the return (optional, but appreciated).
Once the request is validated, return instructions will be communicated to the customer.
4. Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- order preparation error,
- defective product or product not conforming to the order.
In these cases, return shipping costs may be reimbursed upon presentation of proof of payment.
5. Timeframe and method of reimbursement
After receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days .
The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
6. Defective or damaged products
If a product is received damaged or defective, the customer must contact the seller within 48 hours of receipt, attaching supporting photos.
After verification, the seller will offer, as appropriate:
- a product replacement
- a full or partial refund,
- or an asset.
7. Order Cancellation
Any order already in the process of being manufactured or personalized cannot be cancelled.
For standard orders not yet shipped, a cancellation request can be made by email as soon as possible.
